The benefits for each level are the same, and we hope farmers and farms can find themselves in either level depending on what they can afford to give. 

NOFA-NY Inc. is a member-based, non-profit educational organization supported in part by membership donations and individual contributions. NOFA-NY is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and as such, contributions above regular membership dues are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.  A copy of our latest annual report may be obtained upon request from our office or from the Office of the NYS Attorney General, 120 Broadway, Albany, NY 12071.
